When it comes to Logo design I always like to ask clients to complete a short survey, if possible. This allows me to grasp some useful insights and information.
I usually ask for:
In this way Iβm more efficient since the start and I include the client in the process. This results in an improved final result and the creation of a good relationship.
In this case I participated to a Logo design contest on 99Designs.com. The client was a new independent up and coming pub group, with a focus upon the community, the environment and social challenges.
According to their brief they were looking for a simple but effective proposal. Thus I proposed an impactful, fresh, energetic logo.
My design arrived along the finalists and I was happy of it.
A friend of mine asked me to restyle the logo of her dadβs engineering institute. I was happy to work on this since Igetecma itβs an important insitute specialised in materials and geophysics.
With my proposal I wanted to communicate 3 main aspects of the institute:
Fairbridge is an interesting and socially committed Colombian startup. Its mission is to commercialise the consumption of healthy sustainable products.
I worked on different proposals to highlight the following aspects:
As final logo the clients selected a mix of different proposals. You can see it online on their website :)
During the restyling of an old website I had the chance to restyle the old logo too. I asked my client to give me some keywords and based on them I made a proposal.
My client went crazy for it, to the point he made t-shirts with the logo printed on them :D
